I cannot speak highly enough of the care we received. When my mother passed away, we were overwhelmed, but staff member's stepped in with such grace and kindness. They treated our family with genuine respect and made sure every detail, both large and small, was handled perfectly. What truly impressed us was their compassion and flexibility. They made sure we had all the time we needed and were incredibly accommodating with our family's specific requests. The facility itself was a calm and peaceful environment during a very difficult time.

We worked with Ms. Jehnai Jackson on my mother's last wishes. Ms. Jackson was extremely helpful, insightful and caring. We had a dual urn container which contained my dad. They respected and protected my dad's remains while my mom was cremated.
Ms. Jackson did not bother us with unnecessary items, explained and handled the process. She also offered advice and insights on what is possible.
I would highly recommend Ms. Jackson and her company. I also wish to say thank you to her for being there and helping.

Advantage Aurora Chase is a wonderful experience for such a horrible situation. Jeh-nai Jackson and her staff do an amazing job!
