The staff at Aycock-Riverside Funeral and Cremation did an amazing job on my daughter's service. I am so very thankful for everything. I would definitely recommend using this funeral home. A huge thank you to Beth Perkins (Funeral Director) you're an incredible person.
Beth has no business being a funeral director. She lacks compassion and attention to detail. I had to correct her spelling and date accuracy on very important documents. Zero attention to detail. She allowed what was supposed to be a two-week process take four weeks due to zero follow-up. I had to intervene in the process and project manage her and her “secretary” to get anything done. I would never recommend this funeral home or if you must use them, ask for Tiffany. Tiffany seemed professional and empathetic. I was highly disappointed that Beth handled an extremely devastating process. I question her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to execute paperwork and keep in touch with grieving families.
Beth Perkins handled my fathers cremation services. She was very professional, compassionate and patient through my difficult time. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch funeral director who goes above and beyond.
My sister died suddenly in November. Aycock Riverside was recommended to us by the local police department. They have been great during this difficult time. Tiffany Marsh took great care of us as we navigated the process of cremation and getting my sister’s ashes back up to Massachusetts where we live. I highly recommend Aycock Riverside, they have been wonderful.
The Aycock Funeral Home managed my husband’s funeral very efficiently. They provided a private viewing at the Funeral Home for our family prior to the service and facilitated air transport for his remains to Illinois for burial. My family is very grateful.
