I had put off my own pre arrangements for way too long. Susan was amazing. She made the presentation so easy to understand and in a very friendly and relaxed manner. She was really patient when answering my numerous questions. I walked away feeling great that my plans finally were in place. There wasn’t a single question or concern that she didn’t address fully, and even went over things that I never would have thought of. The entire process was not only easier than expected, but it was also informative, thoughtful, and overall a very pleasant experience. It gives me much peace of mind, knowing that my arrangements are taken care of and will not be a burden to anyone when the time comes to carry out my final arrangements. I certainly don’t plan on that happening anytime soon, but none of us really know, do we? Not only would I recommend that everyone consider doing this sooner than later, but I would highly recommend Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home and especially Mary to help and guide you through this process. Something I kind of dreaded became something that was really easy and even enjoyable!.

★★★★★David was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I caretake for a family of three. Dad 97, Mom 94 & Daughter (handicapped) 64. Mom just passed yesterday. We were able to get through everything easily and efficiently. David was very compassionate and understanding to the daughters needs, too. I 100% recommend this funeral home and David. Everything David did today for this family was above & beyond. Please know it means the world to this family. Especially the Husband and Daughter.
