2 YEARS AND STILL NO HEADSTONE. If I could add negative stars, I would. I am so angry right now I don't even know where to turn. A lawyer is next. I buried my daughter here 33 years ago in the baby section when it was still privately owned and they were very kind to us. Now that it is owned by dignity it is a different story. If you have a choice DO NOT deal with them. When my mother passed away they knew that they had me because I wanted her to stay close to my daughter. They told me that I could put a bench on the outskirts of the baby section, but then when they found out I was going to use a different company for the bench they told me they could only guarantee me that spot if I purchased the bench from them (at double the price) and added a bunch of extra fees as well. I ended up staying with them for the bench and paid in full, for her and for myself when the time comes. They said there was a 6 month backorder for granite. I waited 8 months to call, and was given the runaround for several phone calls before finally being told that it came in broken and would have to be reordered (quite sure it just never got ordered to start with) Waited another 6 months. Finally the bench (supposedly) came in and a meeting was set up to choose the engraving. The sales person's car broke down and we had to do it on zoom. Months later I email again to see what was going on and they tell me that what I choose won't work and I have to find something else. I have asked repeatedly for another appointment to show me the available designs and I was finally told to Google designs and send them what I wanted. This is not acceptable! We have sent email after email, call after call, and are constantly put off. My husband has even contacted the mother company to no avail. My mother passed in June of 2022. It is now JULY of 2024. 2 YEARS 2 YEARS AND STILL NO HEADSTONE. UNACCEPTABLE!!

This place is the worst, I have 3 brothers here and a uncle. I really wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews. I have been calling about his markers and was told the Granite was back order so I was being patient for 7 months . The first week of November I was told the shipment was in and his marker would be down by the end of the week. I go out there over a month later last week 12/16 since speaking w management which is a total joke still no marker. His children and grandchildren wanted to put something down on his grave for Christmas, I am so upset because this is stressful, who has time or should have to keep calling and checking, you best believe they will not reach out to you. I told the receptionist I was going to call or email the manager and GM weekly but in reading these reviews would be a waste of time. I will research what other options I have as these peoples take your money but after that they seem to really not care. I paid for services in good faith. I didn’t get a good feeling back in May when I had to follow up on them about order the marker. I am almost done with prepaying for a lot next to my family, I would really like to have my money back as I would not want my daughters to have to deal with this,

I ordered my mother's marker and paid for it and after waiting and going back into the office I found out it had never been ordered. Today I go by and no one has called me to come look at my marker I paid for since 2/28 . Noone could explain why I wasn't contacted to view the marker I paid for. Horrible cemetery, during a time of grief you shouldn't have to worry about a company stealing funds from you and lack of communication. My mother was someone and deserves the memorial I purchased for her !

Awful upkeep and empty promises. My families grave plaques are unlevel and sunken down. I have complained 5 times and am always told it is the lawncare companies fault. Last time I was told they hired new look lawncare company and would take care of my complaints in a few days. It has been a month and nothing has been done. Some grave markers are in standing water and one grave had totally caved in. They do nothing.

You aren't allowed to visit your families grave when there's a funeral going on ANYWHERE. People travel to visit their loves ones just to be asked to leave when they are no where near or in sight of a funeral going on. If you plan on ever visiting your loved ones I wouldn't recommend laying them to rest here
