Anne Do was so helpful in every way. Her knowledge and compassion made the whole process go smoothly. All of the staff we got in contact with were super helpful and understanding, and even went beyond to help our family. Anne was incredible in helping us prepared for my mom’s funeral service. During such a difficult and emotional time, she showed genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. Staff was very professional! Understand the need and concerns of the family. Especially the funeral arranger was very diligent and go beyond her working hours to help me with organizing. I highly recommend Darling & Fischer Garden Chapel for any funeral needs. This will be the third time I have coordinated services with Darling & Fischer Garden Chapel. The first two experiences were for my mother & father’s funeral services. The most recent experience was on behalf of my cousin, who lost her son tragically in a car accident. This review is for the most recent experience with Jasmine Padilla. Jasmine was the only contact I had with Darling & Fischer. From my first phone call with Jasmine to the end of the process, Jasmine was knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely sensitive to the needs of the family. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect was handled with extreme professionalism and sensitivity. Due to the nature of the accident, she was extremely concerned with maintaining dignity for the deceased and showing the upmost respect for his mother. Jasmine handled all requests in a polite and gracious manner. She kept me abreast of the process throughout and communicated effectively. She has the perfect temperament to assist families during their time of grief. On behalf of the our family, a heartfelt thank you to Jasmine and the Darling & Fischer Garden Chapel, for the care of our family member.
