I was disappointed with the level of service I received from the mortuary. The staff seemed rush and did not communicate with the compassion or understanding that families need during such a difficult time. They were unkind and lacking empathy, I had hoped for more compassionate and patient communication.
Attending a recent funeral, I was embarrassed for the family. It was a large service and, instead of having a recessional to usher the guests out, they called the family up to give their final goodbyes. The grieving spouse was made to be a spectacle with hundreds of eyes watching. Guests should have been ushered out first and the family given a private moment for the final goodbye. This used to a better mortuary. The new staff need to study etiquette and learn some decorum.

Quality care, quality service, beautiful and considerate staff. We were able to say goodbye to our loved one knowing we were well taken care of. All details about their environment, thank you cards, flowers and photos were high quality. Our loved one looked like himself. Thank you, Funeraria del Angel.
I can not say enough good things about this establishment and its workers. We had the pleasure of Jose Fuentes helping us take care of my mother. Not once did they make me feel like they were trying to sell me on spending more for her services that I wanted. I never felt pressured which was such a good feeling having to deal with the pressure of grieving my mother. Thank you so much Jose for checking on us from time to time and for helping us through this tough time. From the bottom of my heart thank you for taking great care of my mom ♥️
