At the end of October 23 I lost my best friend of 50+ years, devastating. Sunrise Cremation was recommended, so we gave them a try. In short, we had a wonderful experience and I thank Funeral Director Traci and the rest of her team, not only for their professionalism, but also for their kindness and consideration in a very dark hour... Miss you Buddy!
Alexis made me feel comfortable through the whole process with my son’s passing. I looked into many locations and chose this company as they were affordable, kind and respectful and I also chose them for my children’s father in 2010. They do need to upgrade the location but I am happy with my selection. Thank you Alexis 🙏❤️

Stacey and Mellisa keep you in the loop throughout the process leaving you with peace of mind. Not only is the price right, the people are Awesome, Sweet, Attentive and very Professional. I can't say enough great things about the way I was treated by Dominique. She consoled me in my terrible grief after losing my beloved husband of 45 years. She handled everything with diplomacy and sympathy as if I were her own grandmother. I felt love from a woman I'd never met and would probably never see again. We had NO MONEY. She found a group who would take my husband's body's tissues for study so they could cremate the rest at no charge to me! She found an urn that I thought was perfect and even managed to get a beautiful necklace with his remains all at NO charge to me. This is love of her fellow human beings at it's finest. Did it take a little while to get it all arranged? Yes. Nearly 3 weeks and I was about to go nuts but Dominique stayed with me and kept me reassured and she finally came through. It was easily well worth the wait. I would recommend them to anybody but the rich and famous because they're snotty people who generally treat others poorly and don't deserve this diamond service and I've got a sneaking suspicion Dominique would give them just exactly what they deserve, too. I love you Dominique. God bless you!
I spoke with Alexis today to ask for help. I am advocating for victims of Return to Nature in Colorado. Many of our families have been given cement instead of our loved ones' cremated remains. One of our families loves in Las Vegas. I asked Alexis if they would be willing to let her come in with the urn she was given in order to determine if the contents were cement or biological. Alexis stated that they were not willing to get involved. When I explained that I was only asking for them to see if they could determine if it was cement or biological, he reiterated that they were not willing to get involved. This answer would let a grieving mother know if she likely has her daughter. You can imagine how not knowing might feel. I will be adding Desert Memorial and Alexis to our small list of Do Not Contacts and suggest you do the same. It's clear that he lacks empathy in areas that I would imagine funeral director should have.
