With the occasional issues of gardeners mowing while lawn is wet, making gravestones a challenge to clean, the staff here, from the Flower Shop to the Front desk, Security & the Staff that make loved ones' arrangements, I strongly recommend Forest Lawn Cypress. The individuals mentioned are very helpful, personable & kind; this is essential is such an environment. But, it is appreciated. My apologies, as I'm not great with names, but I visit 1 - 2 times a month. Everyone is typically quite compassionate as well.
★★★★★Forest Lawn Cypress grounds are maintained well. The main building that looks like a southern mansion have staff that provides excellent service. Recently I met with one of the advisors, her name is Ana Kaplan. She helped plan funeral services and property. She provided excellent assistance with her years of experience in the field. Her patience in answering all my questions (and my relatives) was exemplary and coupled with her sense of humor, it made the planning process lighter on the heart. Thank you!
