Interesting that they've created a new company page because their previous page has a 2.7 star rating. Reposting my review here. My brother was buried here 3 years ago. Since then, I have had issues with leaving flowers/displays on his grave site. The first time I set up flowers around the perimeter of his grave for a holiday. They trashed all of them without prior notice or warning. The second time, after my mom spent thousands installing a full flat stone, which came with a vase for flowers,..... they trashed the entire arrangement, including a huge bouquet of artificial white flowers that I spent over $100 designing. I was given an excuse by the Lead groundskeeper that they trashed it because they thought they were real flowers but I'm sure they simply stole it. I was offered no compensation. Nothing you leave for your loved one is safe here. Recently, after I'd installed Christmas decor around the flat stone, the groundskeepers moved all the decor to perform maintenance and damaged the tree and some ornaments and also scratched the flat stone. I reported this damage to 2 of the managers, Diana and Detra. Diana at first pretended to care and offered to replace the stone and escalate the problem. She then did a 180 and claimed she saw no damage on the stone. I attempted to get Detra involved because that is who our family ordered the space and stone through. She also pretended like she would resolve the matter and gave excuses. Then stopped responding to my texts. At this point, I'm prepared to report this company to the proper authorities because it's illegal to mistreat and take advantage of grieving families this way. The flat stone which cost $15000 was paid in full and took over a year to install. It's only been in the ground for a year yet, decorations get destroyed or trashed, a permanent rust stain has appeared from the ring of the vase, and there is an obvious scratch which they refuse to acknowledge or fix. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I advise anyone considering to bury their loved ones here to investigate the previous google page and reviews. The audacity of continuously trashing/stealing/damaging things and desecrating graves is mind blowing. I don't even feel comfortable leaving anything for my brother's grave anymore and that's sad. It hurts my heart 💔
