I am so grateful to this funeral home for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. They guided me through the process with kindness and patience, making sure every detail was handled smoothly. The chapel was beautiful yet simple—exactly what we needed to honor my boyfriend in a meaningful way. The viewing and cremation were carried out with respect and dignity, and I never once felt rushed or overlooked. Their professionalism and empathy made a heartbreaking experience a little more bearable, and I truly appreciate everything they did for us.

This funeral home have served people with great dignity. I see other reviews that not true. Some people want something for nothing. Or a free service. And that's not how business operates. Finally I will say, they put out good and professional service for all families. Keep doing the good work and serving families that are in need. Thank you!
Predatory business practices. They take advantage of the fact families are at a vulnerable state and promise the world. Once check is cashed and your loved ones remains are in their hands their true colors begin to show. Both women I dealt with exhibit an almost confrontational attitude towards us simply for asking for updates on my father’s paperwork and ashes. I am now on my 3rd promised date and time. Its been almost a month and nothing is as promised. They made my mother cry when she had to sit through the disrespect they showed in providing any information on my loved ones remains. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS. Go elsewhere if you want your loved ones body and remains to be respected.
Horrible experience, we had initial contact with Carolina and Christina. There was complete chaos from beginning the end and constant miscommunications with them. One of my brothers contacted them because we had a family ember recommend them to us. We decided to go with them because our cousin had said good things about their prices and they said that they will be able to have everything ready for the date we wanted (Saturday 11/25/2023), so we did the paperwork through email. On Wednesday 11/15/2023 they picked up our loved one at the hospital, following Monday comes 11/20 and I asked my brother if he has heard anything from the funeral home because I wanted to know when we have to take the dress etc for our loved one, my brother said he will call because he haven't heard anything yet. Minutes later my brother called me back and said that I needed top drive ASAP to San Francisco to drop those thing off because one of the ladies at the funeral home told him we should of have dropped that off Friday 11/17 (How were we supposed to know that if they didn't communicate with us). About 15-20 minutes after dropping off the items my brother calls me and tells me that Carolina or Christina had called him telling him that they haven't heard from the hospital staff about getting the documents sign to get everything ready for the funeral, that they started emailing the hospital Friday 11/17 and since it is a short week they were afraid that the funeral was going to have to be moved to a different date. (We had family already flying to the bay from out of the country and other states) . I called my coworkers that work at the hospital where my loved one passed and got connected to Chelsey the person that handles all that paperwork and she tells me that she has NOT heard from them and that why they decided to start doing all the paperwork on Friday 11/17 when they picked up our loved one on Wednesday 11/15 knowing that most of that takes 5 business days and we had a short week coming up. Chelsey tells me she has worked with them in the past and didn't u understand why they waited 2 days to start moving, she called them and then calls me back and tells me they send the email and fax to the wrong departments. My brother and I kept going back and forth on the phone with them because they wouldn't update us we had to keep calling/harassing them to get an update. Tuesday 11/21 my brother had too call the coroners office and they told him that usually there is a way list or something that that the other option was expedite everything at an extra charge but that they didn't understand why the funeral home wanted 2 days after picking up our loved one to start the whole process. Luckily I worked at the hospital and know people there that helped me out get in touch with the right person (Chelsey) and we had the funeral on the date that was promised. I had to leave this review because they stress my family and I had to go through was unnecessary. I should of read the reviews before deciding to go with this place. DO BETTER!
I went here yesterday 10/19/24 for a memorial it was nice and it was my first time going to this space . I had a nice time.
