Fortunately, we found Marsha Runquist, a wonderful funeral director at George L Klumpp Chapel of Flowers. Marsha had a warm and welcoming personality, and explained things to us in a very straightforward and understandable way. Ms. Runquist made it obvious she was there to support us in the most professional and caring way. She was extremely warm and kind from the first phone contact to dropping off my dad’s clothes to my dad’s beautiful service.
I am devastated by the loss of my dad, as he was truly an amazing and special man. I am extremely grateful we had someone as gracious and caring as Marsha Runquist to help us with his final journey.

Most recently, Erica handled my prearrangement plans. She is very knowledgeable and helped me choose all the right options. There was no high pressure or upselling. I can now relax knowing this has been taken care of and is in good hands.
On a personal note, I might add that one of their biggest selling points for me, aside from the overall uplifting atmosphere provided by the facility and it's décor, is the fact that they are the only local funeral director with white vehicles. Somehow that really makes a difference to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Klummps Funeral Home was so kind and professional when my mom died a few years ago. So I knew Klummps was our first choice when my husband and I decided to do our own pre-planning. Erica Tescher was a joy to work with. She made everything easy and straightforward. We hope we won't need to make use of our funeral arrangements anytime soon (!) but when the time comes, we know we'll be in good hands.

My husband, Robert, and I recently did our pre-planning with Erica. She was very knowledgeable about the products and services offered by George L. Klumpp Chapel of Flowers, as well as related needs for church services and burial at the Veteran's Cemetery. Erica is very professional and we never felt pressured to make any specific purchase. She just explained the various options to us and allowed us to choose what would work best for us and our family. We would definitely recommend her.

My husband and I recently worked with Erica Teascher at George L. Klumpp Chapel of Flowers on pre-planning arrangements for our eventual funeral and burial. Erica was considerate, easy to work with and fully explained all aspects of the process to us. After meeting with Erica we felt comfortable finalizing our plans. At this point we are very satisfied with the service we have received.
