During the most difficult time of my life, the loss of my husband , the staff ( especially Ms. Terri and Mr. Carlos Moreno )took extra measures and care to provide excellent, professional ,but also, personalized and heartfelt service and support throughout the entire process. If Ms. Terri hadn’t of been so helpful and supportive, going above and beyond to help me from 2300 miles away, get my husband’s body flown from our location in Seattle back to Texas. She provided the opportunity for me to “see” him before the flight at a local funeral home, and made sure he would have been pleased with the way he looked at the viewing and service. I provided certain clothing to be worn underneath his outer clothes, his jewelry, some pictures, a Bible , etc . to be placed with him , and they made sure everything was lovingly, tucked away with him. You never want to lose someone you love, but if the situation arises, they are more than knowledgeable, and are highly qualified professionals that handle all matters with diligence, from flight departures, communication , legalities and cultural diversities. But ,overall they ensure your loved one’s memory is honored in a loving and cherished way.
