I cannot say enough good things about Haynes Mortuary! They took such wonderful care of my grandfather Leo Adams and of our family during a very difficult time. He looked amazing, and the staff was professional, kind, and truly compassionate from start to finish. They made an incredibly difficult day feel peaceful and meaningful. During one of the hardest moments for our family, Haynes Mortuary made us feel supported and cared for. My family and I will always be thankful for the way they honored him.
★★★★★Haynes was instructed to remove a ring from my mother's finger and return the ring to me and my brother. The ring could only be cut off for removal, and now 8 weeks later this so called business can not find my mother's ring. It seems to me as though someone at Haynes has decided to appropriate the ring for their own personal collection. I was refered to Haynes for a family friend and believe, that friend is getting an ear full as well. Kevin Peacock, funeral director) was supposed to call my on this issue 8 weeks ago and I just finally spoke with him because I've been calling for 8 weeks now!!! THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SHAME, IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVE ONES AND WANT TO FIND SOME TYPE OF PEACE AFTER THEIR PASSING...STAY DAR AWAY FOR THIS JOINT!!!!
