My family and I decorated for a loved one for the upcoming holiday, today we went to take a visit and found the cemetery had held a burial right next to where the loved one was burried and looks like the stuff was touched and thrown into a spot. As you can see in the first photo his decorations were going in the opposite way of where this burial happened. There was no need for any decorations to be moved around as we pinned these to the floor we know it was not the wind or weather. We did make a complaint to the office and the person we talked to on the phone was very nice and understanding. She was a great help but we are just very disappointed to see his grave this way

When my dad passed the only place that was compassionate, patient, knowledgeable was Holy Cross. Bill and Robert are the reason I chose Holy Cross. I received several compliments about how organized and beautiful my dad's services were. All due to them. Thank you so much Holy cross and especially Bill and Robert. I would recommend them always. The chapel is beautiful and well kept. My dad's location is green and the flowers I have left have been there and not lost or removed. I'm happy I picked Holy Cross.

Holy Cross was very comforting to us during our time of mourning. Robert guided us through every step of the way. His kindness and faith made us feel better knowing mom was getting the best quality of care.
