My father recently passed away at home. The staff who came to the house were so compassionate and respectful. As we made the preparations, Robert was very kind and helpful. The whole staff helped us with the details and everything involved in a funeral. We appreciated all the new innovations they have added since our mother passed. A huge thank you to Justin’s for helping us get through this difficult time.
Recently had to have and plan a memorial service for my dad. Since we weren’t doing a traditional funeral we were unsure what that would look like. Michelle was nothing but helpful through it all. She took SO many notes during our meeting and really heard our wishes out and how we spoke about my dad and tailored our celebration of his life exactly who my dad was. Sometimes these things feel so forced but yesterday was nothing short of comfort and for that we have to thank Michelle because she made sure my dad was represented in every corner of the room. Rob the night of was beyond helpful as well with providing us with whatever was needed, especially last minute. We are very grateful for what Justen’s did for me and my family through this hard time.
We are so grateful for the staff at Justen's. They helped us create a personalized celebration of life that truly matched who Dad was. The updated building is spacious and the day (from my perspective) went off without a hitch, which was one stressor off our shoulders so we could focus on family and loved ones.
Absolutely amazing experience. The people there, especially Rob, were kind, professional and helpful. The personalization they did was incredible, I did not expect it. They provided a personalized guestbook, cards and adorable puzzle pieces. They made a blanket with his pictures that I will treasure forever. Remarkable people doing a remarkable job.
