Everyone was so patient and kind! Matt and Carissa were the people we worked with and we were so blessed to have them! I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who traveled to Joliet with mom’ s body for burial, but he was also extremely professional and helpful! We will continue to seek out and recommend Konrad-Behlman for our future needs in this life!
While I didn't go through them for my mother's cremation (couldn't afford it), they were the house that held onto my mom for over a week while I sorted through the wreckage in the immediate aftermath of her passing. They were extremely kind and generous to me and I will never be able to repay that even if I had all of the money in the world, because they could have been heartless ghouls, but chose to embrace the best parts of humanity knowing I needed their help. They even directed me to the group that would ultimately complete my mother's cremation. They are a top notch outfit and I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them.
It takes a special person to do what they do, Jay is that person. He’s very thorough & compassionate. I highly recommend him & his staff. Thank you for getting my family through this difficult time.
Konrad Behlman has done the services for both of my parents and made sure my family was comfortable and taken care of every step of the way, especially with my father as my support group was much smaller this time. Even the reaching out after on birthdays and holidays as reminders of keeping their memories alive. They really do try and make sure to create a precious remembrance for your loved ones.
