We had an absolute wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everything was explained to us. All offers were made to us. The services were beautiful. The place was clean and neat and beautifully decorated. We had a couple of gentlemen there the day of the services to maintain peace and to assist us with anything needed. I would recommend La Paloma for anyone’s needs in their time of loss
This facility was really nice and they assisted me with everything along the way because I lived out of state. I was frustrated with my assigned account manager because she kept trying to add on charges that she had forgotten about but La Paloma had decent prices on their services and when I picked up my mothers urn, the funeral Director was excellent and remembered to provide the transport certificate in order to bring my mothers ashes back to Michigan. Their viewing rooms were peaceful and beautiful and made us feel calm and reassured that they cared about our loved one.
My plans were in place when I reached out recently on behalf of my brother. I met with Tristen who welcomed me warmly. He was professional and thorough with explaining what to expect and all my options. Paula was very helpful with assisting me with the Obituary, as I had to reach out to her multiple times. So helpful and extremely patient. This was a cremation. The presentation I received when picking up the ashes was heartwarming. Thank you to the entire team. Your kindness is appreciated. Nicole and the whole tea m at La Paloma funeral services were patient, kind and helped us provide a wonderful, moving experience to help family and friends say goodbye to my husband in just the way he would want when moving on to a better place!
Nicole was amazing, she helped us get everything in order and prepare for our final goodbye to our loved one. The services offered made it so easy to navigate thru such a difficult time. The facility did such a wonderful job making Mom look as natural as possible, she truly looked like an angel at peace. Thank you again for everything.
