Every single person we engaged with was so kind. Alyssa, both Davids and Miss Y were so supportive throughout this tragedy. The booking process was flawless, everything is so well coordinated and thought out. The venue is more beautiful than pictures show. We are so grateful to have trusted them with my babygirl. During one of the hardest moments of our lives, Alyssa at Leal Funeral Home was a true blessing to our family. Losing my father was incredibly painful, and Alyssa treated him and all of us with the utmost dignity, compassion, and care. She guided us gently through every decision, never rushing us, and always making sure our wishes for my father were honored. Her kindness and understanding brought us comfort when we felt overwhelmed and brokenhearted. We will never forget the respect and love she showed my father and our family. We are deeply grateful to Alyssa and Leal Funeral Home for helping us say goodbye in such a beautiful and meaningful way.
Leal Funeral Home took care of my family at our most vulnerable moment, when we needed help the most. At three o’clock in the morning, when my grandmother passed, they answered the phone and came immediately to bring her into their care. That alone meant more to us than they’ll ever know. From that moment on, they treated us with compassion, patience, and respect. They comforted our family and handled everything in a way that felt seamless, allowing us to grieve without added stress. There was no pressure, no coldness, just professionalism paired with genuine care. What stood out to me was the dignity they showed my grandmother. They handled her as someone who mattered, not just a responsibility. It showed us how this kind of work should be done with heart, honor, and faith in what comes after this life. It took me a while to be able to write this. Losing someone you love changes you. But I wanted to share this for anyone who may one day find themselves needing to make that difficult call. None of us get out of this life alive, and one day we’ll all meet our Maker. When that time comes, I’m grateful to know there are places like Leal Funeral Home that will take care of your loved ones and your family the right way.
My father in law was in Hospice care, and Eric and Lilly were so supportive and kept reassuring me that whenever we needed them, they would be there. Such personal attention was wonderful and so appreciated. After he passed away, they made all the arrangements so easy even when the service was in another town. The flower arrangement for the casket was beautiful and Mr. David took care of everything at the graveside service. We are so grateful for everything Leal did for us in a very difficult situation.
Unfortunately I have to leave a review for this amazing establishment. I want to take my time to thank the wonderful staff and the owners. They made everything so special. The way everything was planned and stress free honestly helped me and my mom going through the loss of my young brother. This is our second time unfortunately using this establishment we unfortunately loss 2 family members and we choose this place again. They care, and they understand what you’re going through. The communication and the service is great under the circumstances you feel so much worry and sadness they make sure to take the toll of everything they can control they ask you what is it that you need and they help you they work with you and make sure you honor your loved ones. This place is amazing they are honest with you and they are open with everything. Me and my mom are thankful for them and the staff and owners thank you so much and God bless! David was so kind I’m thankful he was my director he honestly worked with me in everything he was so sweet as the owners lily her husband and Alyssa everyone was very friendly and caring thank you for caring! Hardest thing I had to ever encounter. I’m so glad we chose y’all again. Thank you for everything.
