I am not a regular cemetery visitor, however, I did visit for a friend's service. The park was clean and well laid out with nicely paved roads. The staff that handled the interment were respectful and professional. A truly nice place

Horrible and unprofessional services. They don't care about the people who are buried, it's just business to them, obviosuly. They constantly are cleaning up decorations when there is a PRINT OUT of what day is clean up day and it also clearly says that artifical flowers stay up for 3 months. Tell me why they are not following the schedule? They also have a new supervisor and didn't let anyone know about this or that things would change. Clean ups are THURSDAYS, not Wednesdays, not any other day. Why did we see our decorations removed today, Wednesday? The gardeners said that they were told by new supervisor to clean up and that supervisor and team "we do what we want" That's beyond unprofessional and heartless. We were also told A YEAR AGO that we would have a floral pot installed and we are still waiting. They say we still owe money for it. We absolutely do not. They just want to get more money out of people.
Just a heads up based on my experience: Aaron, the manager, is very focused on revenue and sales. His background appears to be in car sales prior to this role. I’d also recommend being careful when working with Kimberly—I didn’t find her to be very supportive.
During a visit to my father-in-law's gravesite on Monday at 4:00 PM, the sprinklers in our section unexpectedly activated, soaking our belongings and forcing us to leave prematurely. This occurred without prior notice and ceased after 15 minutes, only to restart three minutes later. No cemetery staff intervened to inform us of the situation.
