My grandpa past. He made prearrangements but going through everything was hard for my mom. Charles took excellent care of us and took special care of my grandpa. After the first time meeting him my mom was able to breathe knowing Charles was taking care of grandpa and everything else (with us of course). We could have not done it without you. The Miramar Memorial Service staff was great in the organization and coordination of our parents, after death, and completing their memorial service needs. Charles our Funeral Director was outstanding in coordinating with the Miramar National Cemetery staff to coordinate the many steps that had to be completed to set up and assist us in coordinating family and friends so everyone was able to attend the internment ceremony honoring our parents, on 2 Apr 24 at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego Ca.
Recently had to use their services after an unexpected death. Eric was a pro at handling all of the things that needed to be handled. He took care of all of the VA paperwork, was able to get us a service at Miramar on the requested day and time, made sure all of our family ceremony requests with the body were fulfilled, and answered several hundred thousand questions everyone had for him. The service was wonderful, the price was incredibly reasonable, and they made sure the family and the deceased were treated with dignity, respect, and solemnity. It is never an easy thing to deal with the death of a loved one, but they go above and beyond to try and comfort you and make things as easy as possible. Thank you!
