They did everything we asked and reassured us every step of the way, promising to make it as beautiful as possible—and they truly delivered. I appreciate them so much; they are kind, hardworking men who brought smiles and uplifted our spirits during one of the most vulnerable times in my family’s life.
I was especially grateful for how efficient they were while tending to his grave, handling everything with such delicacy and care, and ensuring the work was completed the very same day. They even told us that if we ever need anything, we could simply flag them down. That level of kindness and support means more than words can express. It brings great comfort knowing there are people who genuinely care for our loved ones and makes visiting my brother much easier. Thank you, Carlos, Sid, and Leonardo, from my family and me.

Carlos is such a great employee of Montecito memorial park. Ever since my son was placed to rest in this beautiful cemetery Carlos has always made sure to come by and make sure I was ok. Even just a wave from far made a huge impact on me. He does such an amazing job caring for my son’s headstone and keeps my babies grave looking clean and amazing. Thank you Carlos!

Carlos Beltrán was so hopeful my grandma never got a headstone and the paper plate they use to identify the spot got covered we were looking everywhere and this wonderful man was able to help us find her spot underground after we were looking for hours way to go ABOVE and BEYOND so helpful and patient and kind wonderful people

What a great experience we had on el “Día de los Muertos” day, Carlos kindly help us out with maintenance request with the flowers pots; he’s the kind of person that you want to see at the moment of those needs, fast and with the right answer… amazing service Carlos 👍.

I want to sincerely thank the staff at Montecito for the exceptional care and service they provided during my grandfather’s funeral. From the moment they arrived at our home to pick him up, the team was professional, compassionate, and handled every detail with such respect. The gesture of placing a single red rose on his pillow touched our grandmother deeply.
The service itself was beautiful and perfectly executed. A special thank you to Antoinette and Lake, who went above and beyond for our family. Antoinette handled the planning process with such grace and professionalism—she was truly a 10/10. And Lake… there are hardly words to describe how amazing she was. Her attentiveness and calm presence on the day of the service brought me so much peace as we finalized last-minute details. I appreciated how she balanced giving direction with allowing space for our family to reflect and honor my grandfather in personal ways.
