My wife and I acquired a Neptune Society plan less than 5 months before her unexpected passing. The acquisition of the plan, as well as the services provided at the time of her passing and afterward were handled with love, caring, grace and sensitivity. I couldn't be more pleased, and I strongly recommend considering Neptune Society when making decisions about end-of-life needs.
This facility is the best and what they do everyone was kind understanding patient caring. I am very happy with the outcome they treated my husband with respect and dignity communications were very constant they were so informative about everything and very clear that's so important to the families we're going through this tough time. They went above and beyond I would highly highly recommend them.
