★★★★★This is such a beautiful funeral home; my new-born baby just passed away. I like how Shawn and his staff were so helpful in arranging this special moment. I wanted to have the funeral within the next week because my family, who all live out of state, wanted to be with us already. I was literally calling Shawn daily for questions, and I bet he knew it was me every time I called, but overall, he was always there to help me. When I was doing my research for a funeral home near me, I wanted the best for my son, and this place stood out. I liked how modern and new this place looked. I’m so grateful to Shawn and his staff that we’re able to gather everything within a week.
★★★★★The moment we met with Shawn, he was impatient and condescending. He talked to us slowly like we didn’t understand. Our mom just passed away so we let it go. I asked him for the contract several times, he said they changed some things so I wanted to see it. My mom paid for her services in 2004. He did not get is to us until almost a month later. The death certificates took him forever as well. They printed the prayer cards with the wrong death date, they stalled the burial because they forgot the flowers that went on top of the casket, he was slow at everything and seemed to care more about vaping. Just getting through the services was hard enough and to have someone’s attitude making it worse. Never go through Neil Odonnel if you want someone to take care of your services with compassion. The only good part was when Devan was there, who was way more personable.

Chandler took The best care of my dad, and from now on I will never trust nobody else with a family member if it is not Chandler. The services Were great all around they lifted so much weight off my shoulders.
