There aren't enough words that I could say to express my appreciation for Vanessa and Newell-Hoerling Mortuary. When my sister passed they arrived professionally dressed and compassionate to her passing. I was kept informed throughout the process. I was most impressed that they always referred to her by name. When called to pick up her ashes, Vanessa said you can pick up Markie. When I arrived, Vanessa had taken the time to set up her ashes with flowers and candles. This was a surprise to me, as she did it out of kindness. I had not paid extra for it. Thank you Vanessa for your kindness to me and my sister.
★★★★★Vanessa Pedrotti was amazing to work with. I am thankful for her great care throughout the process. After my father passed we started with another provider in Centralia. It was a nightmare and getting worse by the minute. I called Vanessa on a Friday afternoon and met with her the following Monday. She got everything back on track quickly. From the minute I talked with her I felt more at ease and it got easier the more we worked together. I am so grateful for her care and planning in taking care of my father and all the details along the way. She even took pictures and video (with my permission) during the service which will provide for lasting memories for years to come. Thank you Vanessa, for making a very sad and emotionally charged time stress free.

My family and I would like to thank Vanessa and the team at Newell-Hoerling's Mortuary for taking such great care of my dad! They have great knowledge of the funeral process and answered every question or concerns we had! Although, during such a difficult unexpected time of my dad's death, they made the process go very smoothly, very easy, and helped us all the way! We can't thank them all enough for being caring, thoughtful, helpful, their expertise, and guidance throughout! The services provided went so well, it was so beautiful, it was heartfelt but heartbreaking all at the same time because of the mourning of my dad!
