Although it was a very difficult time, family members made it worse. When I say the people at Palmer mortuary really were compassionate and caring. They went above and beyond for myself and the unfortunate situations that came about. I appreciate them and everything that did for me to lighten the burden on my behalf. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking.
I was really disappointed with our experience with Steve Bradley. His personality just doesn’t fit the type of work he does. He came off very cold and at times joked around way too much, which was extremely uncomfortable given what our family was going through. During arrangements, he forgot things we had already discussed and we constantly felt like we had to repeat ourselves. Communication was unprofessional at times and things didn’t feel taken seriously. When families are grieving, humor is not helpful and honestly felt insensitive. He really needs to be more aware of the things he says and how he comes across to families during such a difficult time.
I could not have possibly asked or expected more for my father’s funeral. These amazing people put in so many personal touches and handled every detail with care and consideration. They took my dad and his casket by motorcycle and it was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was so good to me and genuine cared. My father looked great and they arranged everything perfectly. I will Never take another family member anywhere else they truly honored every wish and made sure my dad’s grand exit was perfect. I simply cannot thank them enough or recommend them enough!! They made a very difficult situation very smooth and thoughtful. Once again I cannot Thank them enough.
The care we received at Palmer’s was exceptional since day one. We were well informed of everything that we may need and everything was done exactly how we wanted. The links we received were easy to understand and guided us to forming a beautiful obituary and uploading photos and videos. Our family from out of the country was able to join the live service without any difficulties.My mother looked beautiful the day of her services. We truly appreciate Palmer’s staff for making a difficult and sad service memorable and special.
I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to help me plan my father’s funeral services. The details they did, didn’t go un-noticed. They were thoughtful in adding the Marine decal to car that brought him over to Fort Sam.
