Sandy is the GOAT!!!! She was absolutely incredible to work with. She was very detailed, went above and beyond to counsel us through this process, ensured we got the very best experience, and the entire set-up at the church leading up to the cemetery was gorgeous. Her team was punctual, professional, sincere, pleasantly gracious, and caring. Our father looked so well put together. His makeup was on point, he was well groomed, and was so sharp. We couldn’t have picked a better team. We are now long-term clients in case anything else happens to our loved one.
Thank you, Jessica, for everything. She was such a joy, brought smiles to our pain with laughter, and handled everything so well. Erica, thank you for your part in this as well. Our family wanted to honor my dad with a beautiful celebration of life, and Pax Villa made that possible every step of the way. Sandra guided us through the entire process with clarity and transparency. She took the time to explain everything in detail and offered thoughtful recommendations, especially for the buffet arrangements, which turned out wonderful.
She also assisted us with coordinating the church and cemetery arrangements, making a very difficult time much easier for our family. On the day of the funeral, her sister did an amazing job ensuring everything ran smoothly — from welcoming guests at the door to overseeing the final moments at the cemetery. We truly felt supported throughout the entire service.
One of the most special and meaningful touches was the custom rug Pax Villa created in honor of my dad. It was absolutely beautiful and something we will always remember.
