The staff at Rhoton funeral was professional and empathetic at our time of grieving in helping to plan our celebration of life funeral service. The room was decorated beautifully and they provided help welcoming family and friends upon arrival of services they also provided cookies, fruit trays and drinks for everyone who attended. It made such a difficult time a beautiful celebration.
Rhoton Funeral Home was thoughtful and caring during our time of grief. The assisted us in our needs and showed compassion throughout the process. They did a remarkable job managing a beautiful transport of my husband from another state.
We used Rhoton Funeral Home for the viewing of a family member. Staff were unsympathetic, did not properly prepare the family, and led the fiancé of the deceased to the viewing room without explanation. Their inattentiveness caused additional stress during an already difficult time. We hope management addresses these issues, as this level of service is not what families should experience
