★★★★★The Romeros are my family, sadly I attempted to reach out so I speak the Romero family so I could send my condolences, the granddaughter who answered was the rudest person. All I was attempting to do was ask if I could possibly speak to my cousin Donnie, whose mother has just recently passed and they were doing the services in Alamosa and all I heard was Leonard my grandfather and you don’t know who you’re speaking to. I’m a sixth generation family member of the Espinoza & Romero and Dual blood family member, I will never be treated like that by any family member she treated me like I was nobody. I tried to explain that to her, but she was adamant that she handles all these calls. Never have I felt disgusted and disrespected.
