★★★★★Really satisfied with their service. I chose them to cremate my father. My family tried making my brother and I think sjvm were not doing a good job at first I guess based on my families experience with how fast my grandfather was cremated at a different mortuary they chose a couple yrs prior but honestly everything works out how it's supposed to and their service was in a timely manner to me now that I look back on the events. Ive never been through this process so I was feeling more stressed by my family projecting their expectations onto me while they did not help me with any of the processes when i was grieving. San Jacinto Valley Mort. were always so kind and patient over the phone when I had questions and they fulfilled their part in taking care of my father. Thank you again♡

Terrible service. They never return phone calls and always have excuses for not doing their job. If you order online for the advertised internet pricing, expect one-star service. It took them four weeks just to pick up my mom’s body from Corona Regional Hospital, and then I got the runaround about her cremation.
Now, I’m still dealing with issues regarding her death certificate—my last name was misspelled, and I was told it would be mailed via priority shipping in one week. Three weeks later, nothing. When I called this morning, I got yet another excuse, this time about someone being out of the office. Their Yelp page states they have four employees, yet there’s zero accountability.
This company provides no acceptable customer service and does nothing to ease a grieving family’s stress. Do yourself a favor—DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Complete scammers.
★★★★★It does take time 2 get documents but my WHOLE experience at SJVF mortuary we over and beyond GREAT, Great prices, great service. Check out the laser fingerprinting. Jack was SOOO kind and helpful. I recommend them to EVERYONE going thru this hard time. Really mad a horrible situation bearable. THANK YOU is just not enough, my heart overflows w gratitude.

Jack and Tammy provided the best customer service i have ever received in my life! They are NOT pushy sales people they are the opposite! They work hard to stay within your budget and make a difficult time flow easily. We lost both my father and my brother in two weeks and we were an emotional wreck. Without the kindness and compassion of Jack and Tammy we would of been lost. Jack also made my father look very natural, he looked as though he was just asleep. I am so incredibly grateful for them! I wish I could rate them 10stars because they are absolutely amazing angels!

My dad tragically passed away February 1st, 2020 in California and our whole family is in Oklahoma. We trusted San Jacinto Valley with my father and to handle his cremation and the collection of the death certificate. I followed up in late February, March, and April to check the status of the death certificate. EVERY time I have called Jack or Tammy has informed me that they had to reorder the death certificate. I believe this to be a LIE because why would they not notify me when it came in? or mailed it to me? Why would it sit on a desk and get lost. This office is incredibly unorganized and they lack customer service. They cannot give me a straight answer as to why they don't have the death certificate and each time I call they say it should be in by next week. When I call the following week they have another story to tell. I am fed up. I have no idea how my dad passed and I need the death certificate to know that! If it were your father, would you be patient enough to wait nearly three months? My hands are tied halfway across the US in the middle of a pandemic! I am lucky to know I will never have to work with this mortuary once my father's death certificate is received. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Not one person has apologized for the wait and horrible customer service. If you love your family member or friend, do not use this mortuary. I promise any other mortuary can help you better than this one has helped me. I wish I could give zero stars!
