She worked day N Night with me while I was out of state, and with my sibling Jose in Brooklyn, to bring our grandmother home from Florida to Brooklyn a coordinate service. Jessica was given the assignment and carried it out with precision, compassion, and care.
She guided us through every step, even when we were in tears. We asked that our grandmother look like a princess on her way to God’s hands, and Jessica made sure she did. Her dedication meant everything to us. The entire process was handled with grace, dignity, and deep respect.

I was clueless as to the process of funeral arrangements -it was my first time. The San Jose Funeral Home family, more specifically, Alexa and Jessica made the process flow smoothly. I recommend working with them in these difficult time. They made me feel like family and as if I knew them for a long time.
