My Father passed away out of state. I called Taylor Brothers about getting some paperwork up so my Father could be cremated. The staff was very caring and kind. After about 5 minutes, my paperwork was done and sent. Everyone was so kind. It is one of the worse days of my life. Taylor Brothers made a bright spot in a dark time. Professional, but very kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God Bless your families.
Taylor Bros. did a wonderful job handling our family's cremation. They made a stressful time a little easier on us. The professionalism and compassion of Taylor Bros. is top notch, and second to none. I would highly recommend.
Taylor Brothers Funeral home van came out today to pick up a neighbor's loved one. This is on a dead end, gravel, private road. They were driving extremely fast, per numerous neighbors accounts. The van hit my son's dog....and they did not even have the courtesy to stop. Luckily my son-in- law saw it and we were able to be with Max and rush him to the vet even though he passed away before getting there. If the accident hadn't been seen, he would have layed there alone to die. Not a very caring person to do this and if he cares so little for animals, I don't believe I would want him handling my loved one. I am told that the drivers name is Tori Mathis. I contacted Taylor Brothers and told them what happened, and was told the owner, Ronnie Miller would contact me in the morning. Of course it's too late now but I had requested that Tori come out and look into these children's faces as we buried their dog. Waiting to see what Mr. Miller has to say about his employee in the morning.
They cremated my husband and buried my grandmother within weeks of each other back in 2014. The kindness and caring they showed to my family in that time went above and beyond. They were patient with me as I stumbled through the options the day after we lost my husband. When my grandmother passed, they allowed my friend and I to wander through the rooms of display caskets and urns to decompress since it had been so soon since I was last there. They showed me the break room, where they load caskets into and out of the building, and really helped with the whole situation. That was service above and beyond, if you ask me. It's doubtless that they had other things to do, and a request of, "Hey, can I see the areas that are accessible to me, just to get away from the viewing area for a bit?" is the kind of thing I wouldn't expect to be handled with such understanding. But they did. I was heartbroken to see the building I had so many memories in, even painful ones, burn to the ground. I'm glad it's being rebuilt, and I hope they're back up in this location soon. They're lovely people.
