Alpha Society was so helpful when my Mom died 20 years ago. They handled everything for us and they were very affordable. So when my Dad died recently we went back to Alpha Society for his final arrangements. We experienced the same wonderful service at an affordable price. I highly recommend them.
Recently our family has lost 2 beloved members. Because cremation was the choice for each, I recalled a service used by a friend 13 years previous, The Alpha Society. Our friend had a positive experience and now I am without a doubt able to recommend them also. This is exactly what we needed; Alpha is reliable, compassionate, and service oriented with their communication and follow through. The cost was very reasonable because they concentrate on one service only. No mortuary, funeral or memorial services. Precisely what we had needed. This is an example of their customer service. Following completion of cremation, I found myself needing changes in the original and additional death certificates. RubyRose remembered our family and was happy to do whatever was needed. Isn't that a comfort when one is lost in one's own grief? I hope that you will be comforted in your loss.
Erica was amazing to work with and really helped my family understand and get through the "what comes next" process. I imagine it must be a hard job, mentally, when the majority of your customers may be experiencing the worst time in their lives and The Alpha Society made this part of my life a little less hard.
