this is the second time we have Dealt with The Omega Society the staff the experience truly and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the Omega Society! Their quick response, eagerness to help, fair prices, but most importantly, they know how to show true compassion, especially when picking up my wife's urn. They took all my calls, answered all of my questions and they've even been following up even though it's been 2 months! They really made everything so easy! Thank you!
Overall, our experience was very good. Omega Society was timely and communicative and they handled things professionally. My only feedback is concerning the pickup of the ashes. My brother went to get my Dad's ashes and was simply given a box with my father's name and number on it. For such a personal experience, it would have been nice to have someone there in that moment to provide comfort, or a quiet room to reflect, instead of feeling like he was part of an assembly line (as there were people after him waiting in line). My brother was surprised at how emotional the process was. Nothing really prepared him for that, I would recommend mentioning the importance of having a support person there when notifying people that their loved ones ashes are ready. I do appreciate that Omega Society followed up to provide support after we picked the ashes up.
Losing my mother was the hardest moment of my life, and Omega Society, especially Jerry, handled every detail of her cremation with grace and care. From the first call, the pricing was transparent and fair, with no surprises. Jerry gently walked me through each step, explained what to expect, and never rushed the process. When I needed things repeated, he showed real patience and tenderness, making sure I felt informed and supported. Communication was excellent from start to finish. With their quick replies, proactive updates, and consistent check-ins, I always knew where we were in the process. In an overwhelming time, that kind of steady, efficient follow-through made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful for the respectful way they cared for my mom and for our family.
