Upon seeing Winter Oak advertised in our church bulletin, we stopped by and met the owner who was very compassionate! All the staff seemed to be very kind and cared about our grief as they flawlessly took care of all the details. Robert was very attentive and ensured that all of our questions were answered and went well above and beyond our expectations! We highly recommend this funeral home as they will ensure a family’s needs are taken care of during such a difficult time.

When an important document was delayed in Tallahassee, she took it upon herself to personally travel there and resolve the issue. Thanks to her going above and beyond, I was able to obtain all the necessary documentation—translated, notarized, and apostilled—in time to travel abroad with my mother’s ashes. Her compassion, efficiency, and commitment made all the difference during such a difficult time. Because of them, my mother was honored with the dignity she deserved, and I will be forever grateful.
