Jennifer has been absolutely wonderful in helping me through the whole process and made it a lot easier than I feared. Because my brother had family and friends in 2 countries we decided to have his ashes put into 2 containers so that I could bring one back to England. Balboa was compassionate and caring during our time of need. They were professionals at every interaction and helped make a difficult time easier. They did not selling up and I never felt like they were taking advantage of an emotional time for our family. Randy Bellamy and his team are truly a gift to families who need these services.

Randy, Jennifer and the other staff were very kind, compassionate and extremely helpful. We just wanted direct cremation for my mother and several copies of her death certificate. Balboa took care of everything and answered and returned calls very promptly. They did not try to up-sell me on anything which I appreciated. Balboa did all of this for a very reasonable price.
