My husband died unexpectedly in Jan 2021, when mortuaries and funeral homes were overwhelmed from the pandemic. I was out of state when it happened, and was turned down by 8 other funeral homes that were too full before Boyd said they would help us. They were able to keep my husband's body safe and have him cremated for me, and Candy was patient with my questions. I am so grateful for their help. Today I called them again because I had a bill from the county related to his processing and I wasn't sure if it was legit- Robert remembered my husband, explained everything for me, and after my question was resolved he actually asked me if I had been doing ok. I was really touched, generally at this point no one asks me that anymore. Thank you!!!
