Byrums Funeral Home did a wonderful job with my dad's service from the beginning to the end. Amie was so sweet and helpful throughout. The warm and lovely feeling she presented made you feel like family and during that hard time of sorrow and grief, that's the comfort you need to feel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for being so caring and helpful during this difficult time.
Byrum Funeral Home has always felt like a beacon of Hope to my family. The times we have needed and used there services, we felt a big soft loving hug from everyone working there. Amie did an amazing job of preparing both of my parents for the viewing. The compassion and tenderness was the perfect.
Byrum Funeral Home has been taking care of my family for generations and we have always had top notch service. They have been nothing but compassionate in our times of grief. In an 11 month period they took care of my mother and grandmother and they removed any and all burden from our shoulders that they could. I was a complete basket case when I lost my mother and Amie never ran out of hugs or compassion in my weakest moments. When they went to the house to pick my mother up I wasn’t ready to let her go, they patiently waited for almost an hour until I was comfortable with them taking her. My children have been given specific direction to go to Byrum Funeral Home when my time is up on this earth. Thank you for all you do when we are in our most vulnerable and weakest moments in life!
When my Mom passed away, I knew I would use Byrum Funeral Home for her service since Lancaster had been her home since 1955. Planning a funeral for a loved one is not easy but Amie was there to answer all of my questions and concerns. My Mom’s service was exactly like I wanted it to be, the flowers and music were perfect and the brochures were beautiful. Thanks also to Sandra, Jeffrey and Kacy, for helping me and my family get through a very difficult time. We were treated like family not a customer.
Byrum funeral home in the last year and half has handled both my mothers parents funerals and they were amazing. Amie and the staff that are caring and very helpful, they make you feel like family. Our family has used them for many many years, they have handled the funerals for most if not all of our family members They are a Lancaster staple that is amazing at what they do and couldn't ask for a better place to help with some of the hardest times.
