The staff made it so easy. In moments like this it was appreciated. They walk me thru all the details and answer all my question. The day of the burial everything was as they say it would be. They made my family pain easy. They took care of everything. Sharon and Carol were there to supervise. I'm glad that they made this painful process so easy. Thank you.
Evelyn Moreno has the most proper heart and patience, for dealing with families undergoing the stress of losing a loved one. Unlike others in the office that day, she took on herself, the responsibility of making sure we were attended. She was further, very helpful in searching for the multiple contracts my late father had initiated. Immediately Evelyn helped us sort it all and find calm specially for my grieving mother. Evelyn was present during the actual burial, and much time past the service. She wanted to be sure all was proper and that we were satisfied. We most definitely were, and all was due to her kindness and attention, since that initial visit in her office. May she be properly recognized and acknowledged by her superiors, for the heart-kind work she does daily.
The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—professional yet compassionate, which made a difficult time a little easier. They answered all of our questions patiently and treated us with the utmost respect. The cemetery itself has a timeless dignity. The headstones are respectfully arranged, and there’s a comforting sense of history and care throughout the grounds. It’s clear that Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West is committed to honoring loved ones with grace and dignity. Damaris Garcia, she is an incredible person. Damaris there's a person that is full of compassion and understanding. She understands the pain and suffering that we go through when losing a loved one. However, she made it feel like if she was one of the family. She was very caring and not a pushy salesperson, like I have encountered in the past. I would call or text Damaris several times and she was always there even after the Burial to answer any questions. Damaris made the entire process that much simpler. She should be considered a very valuable asset to the organization, and one that is not replaceable.
