It is hard enough to lose a loved one, but when these things are already set it makes things so much easier. When we lost our mom, Brianna stepped in and helped our father navigate the entire process with compassion and professionalism that is beyond compare. From thorough paperwork, attention to detail, professional calls and emails, and literally down to the letter precision. The entire time all done with the sweetest of hearts!
Just a few months ago my sister and I sat down with Brianna as we said goodbye to our father. Once again Brianna was a guiding light through the entire process, even going as far as securing an American Flag for our father who was a Vietnam Veteran. With much sadness, my father, recently passed away in January. This whole process was extremely overwhelming and heartbreaking. During his final weeks in hospice we were advised to prepare his final preparations. There was so much to do and we thought we had time until my father's health rapidly declined and he passed without finalizing final preparations. Thank GOD we were recommended to call Memorial Plan San Jose Palm Funeral Home. The professionalism, organization, and compassion from this place left me speechless. From the first email to the last phone call, MPSJPRH was attentive and involved. I need to recognize Ana Carrizo, whom I bothered in the middle of the night, but she was sweet and helpful and she led me to MPSJPRH, where I met Brianna Gamboa. It felt like I met the angel that I needed during this difficult moment. Brianna showed genuine concern for my mom's grief, she spoke to her caringly and listened empatheticaly. She made my mom and I feel like we chose the most beautiful decisions for my dad. The day of the burial everything was PERFECT! The car my dad arrived in was majestic and the casket was beautiful and the ceremony gave our family the closure we needed. Brianna, definitely is meant to do this difficult job.
