Everyone on staff especially Keisha our wonderful caring patient and understanding they take over when you can’t when you’re overwhelmed with grief for your loved one my brother‘s passing was devastating I was fortunate to see him for two hours in the hospital before he was taken off of life support he did not have COVID-19. It was heart and kidney failure at only 63 I requested that they remove my brother that evening to the cremation society they were right on it I didn’t want my brother just sitting or lying in the morgue in the hospital they retrieved my brother within hours and took care I had my brother cremated and made five extra small urns

My father passed away and when we came into the building, we were treated like family. They shared a hug and a great ear from the very beginning. Listened to all of our concerns and wants and they took care of everything. Devonne made us feel comfortable during a very tough time in our lives. Communication was key for me. They called me and kept me informed every step of the way. They were also very accommodating for everyone of our needs!!! I would recommend EVERY family to use The Cremation Society of Southern California!!!

★★★★★When our mother passed, Cremation Society of Southern California was very helpful and caring. Everything seems more difficult during the pandemic, and Devonne handled everything. Although it has been a few months since our mother's passing, Devonne is currently working with us on a memorial video. There have been follow up texts and calls from Sarah to offer assistance, including a very thoughtful one recently on our mother's birthday. Everyone is very considerate and professional.
