About the lowest price I found, and while it wasn't "hand holding" through the whole process, it was polite and professional. They gave me all the information I needed and picked up and delivered everything on time and as promised. Sounds funny to say "I'd use them again", but I would definitely recommend them to friends if/when asked for a place to handle things. If you want the full-on Cadillac experience you're going to pay way more for it (and I'm not sure they'll do better - except maybe a fancy office?).
Sad to see they got a one-star from someone trying to do pre-planning. That's not what they do here. They're just down to business and get things done for you!

★★★★★Excellent experience, delighted at every step. One key aspect I learnt about this place which is different than other services was Drew McCarter handles everything himself instead of contracting stuff out as most other funeral homes in this area do. This ensures control and avoids unexpected surprises. He pulled off a direct cremation in 4 days when at least 8 other homes needed a clear 8 days at least. He kept us informed of the progress at every step and ensured the remains made the deadline to be put on an international flight . There are a few homes that may charge a little less, but I didn't get the feeling they had control of the entire process. Give this man a chance and he will be worth the money. Go Drew !
★★★★★Just called and spoke with a man and he was very abrupt. When I told him this is for pre planning, he said they don’t do prep panning contract and said I have to call someone else and he sounded like he was quite bothered by it. I can’t imagine anyone would have good experiences with that attitude.
