Losing my mother in May 2025 was the hardest moment of my life, and this funeral home met us with immediacy, care, and an incredible level of compassion from the very beginning. Everything moved so quickly, and yet I never once felt rushed or unsupported. They were there through it all — present, responsive, and steady when nothing else felt steady.
Monica, in particular, was truly extraordinary. She went above and beyond in every possible way. She helped with everything, logistics, scheduling, coordination with other organizations, and all of the legal and administrative details that feel impossible to manage while grieving. She took the reins when we needed someone to, while still honoring our wishes and adjusting seamlessly as things changed. Her communication was clear, timely, and deeply reassuring.
What meant the most was how comfortable and understood we felt during such a painful time. Monica and the staff created an environment that allowed us to breathe, grieve, and be human. They gave us the freedom to make the space our own, to be creative, to transform it, and to truly reflect who my mother was. That ability to personalize and reimagine the space turned something unimaginably hard into something genuinely beautiful and meaningful.
The reason I wholeheartedly recommend this place is because of the people, the kindness, warmth, and care I was shown when I was at my most vulnerable. The staff made all the difference.
The only thing I wish had been different was the size of the kitchen and congregating areas. I would have loved a bit more space to gather. Cant change the layout of the building so we understood the boundaries. That said, this does not take away from the overall experience or the profound support we received.
I also want to share that although this funeral home is primarily geared toward the Hispanic community, my family is Caribbean, and there was never a single moment of awkwardness or disconnect. We were met with nothing but love, respect, and genuine care. The cultural atmosphere felt welcoming and inclusive, and in such a tender moment, that sense of shared humanity and warmth was exactly what we needed.
Monica was amazing in every sense of the word, and I will always be grateful for the care she showed my family and me. If you are navigating loss and need a place that will truly hold you through it, this is the place.

Second time using San Juan funeral home. Very nice, compassionate people. They are there for your needs. Planning the funeral and burial they made me feel comfortable even with my grief. I highly recommend them. Will use again. And I plan to use them for my time so that my family will have everything in order.

Funeraria San Juan Funeral Home in Kissimmee went above and beyond, personally and professionally, showing immense kindness and compassion when they handled our family's funeral needs after my mother passed away recently. They dealt with challenges acquiring needed documentation from out of area health facilities smoothly and efficiently, and were supportive and communicative throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone looking for caring and professional funeral services that help make a trying time far less stressful. This was one of the hardest moments of my life. from day 1 when my father had to be picked up to go to the establishment, (Funeral Home)Monica was amazing!!! She was so compassionate and sweet very careful with the way she treated the situation.
The customer service was A+ I was falling apart and still am, but Monica and the staff were amazing showed us so much empathy and care. I was so grateful to have landed in their hands while, I understand that everything is business and money is still a factor in order to run this business, they still offered so much help and options as this funeral had to be planned extremely out of nowhere .
I was not expecting all of this to take place, the staff has wonderful connection and communication Maria which is also exceptional! Took me under their wing and shielded me and guided me as much as possible everything was so very organized which made the process so easy, it made that part of my present horrific situation run so smoothly.
The whole staff is completely amazing the funeral was very beautiful and elegant.
I thank God for them all!! They all have such of a great connection it makes everything work so efficient.

The team did such a wonderful job for the service for my uncle, who was like a grandfather to me. The staff was friendly, the funeral home was extremely clean and neat, and the team made sure that everything was taken care of to alleviate any stress for us during the planning process. I would absolutely recommend using this funeral home for your loved ones, as they go above and beyond to ensure your loved ones are treated with respect and care.
