They were super helpful and always consistent with their care. Marie was sweet, professional, and very attentive. We had a few people tell us that they did a great job with how my mother looked in comparison to other viewings they’d been at. I did her makeup but Marie touched it up carefully and with love when she saw that the lighting in our church was different.
Thank you especially to Marie for helping us through a very difficult time. Losing our mum so quickly and at such a young age the advice and help we were given to get through this as a family we cannot thank you enough. So quick to answer any questions left us with nothing to worry about. The very special bird urn we were able to get for our mum felt like fate. Would highly recommend Oak Ridge especially Marie to help others though one of the most difficult times a family has to go through
My husband recently passed away right after New Years, unexpectedly. Oak Ridge Funeral Care was recommended by my brother in law. I didn’t know what to expect since we had no pre-made arrangements. I met with Maria, my funeral director, she was very compassionate, warm and caring. She guided me through each step of the arrangements, took her time to help me through a very difficult and emotional time. Every part of the Funeral was handled with loving and caring support towards myself and my family. Thank you Maria and Oak Ridge Funeral Care for taking such good care of my husband. My husband looked so handsome, after a very long illness, I felt at peace knowing the care and respect he was given on his final journey home to be with his Lord and Savior. God Bless you all.
Words could never express the gratitude I feel for the exceptional care and compassion received from Marie while planning the services for my loved ones. She was the director of services for my son, my father and my mother all within the last nine months.
