So glad we chose this mortuary to take care of our needs with my Mother's passing. Out of the gate, Armando led us thru the whole process w/ respect & efficiency. During such a trying time when we were in a whirlwind, it was comforting to have Armando at the reins to walk us thru all the necessary steps. I can't emphasize enough how respectful he was to us for our loss. Receptionists & funeral director were wonderful too. Thank you to their professional & caring team.
Sadly my Mother died last week. My wife & I are very happy when we choose this fine company. (They had also took care of my Dads Funeral back in 1997) Seeing that they were very kind, understanding and made our live vastly easier during a VERY difficult time for us.
Nice place, although parking is horrible. Our service kept getting interrupted several times just so they can tell us that somebody was blocking an employee, not very smart, if you know that there's going to be a service why would you park inside when you could easily park on the residential street. Then they remove their mask to make the announcement while spit is going all over the place. Rude of them to interrupt our service and take from our time. The short chunky usher was rude, i get it it's not the best job but it's your job, ppl are grieving, be a Lil kinder.
Disclosure- I am a CA Life Lic Agent that sells families Pre Need Funeral plans for these mortuaries. With that said, this location in Covina assisted with a family member at the time of need and were extremely helpful. Appreciate everything the staff did, thank you.
You did an excellent job preparing my brother for viewing. Preserved well and he looked very natural. We appreciate the time you gave us to say goodbye.
