I knew I wanted my ashes scattered at sea since my father's were fifty six years ago, and I chose the Neptune Society to do this for me. Tiffany Baird was the agent who helped me by providing all the pricing materials and what the prices covered. I knew what I was getting from the very beginning. She made the process very easy and understandable. I think that it was a perfect fit for me.
Neptune Society was exceptional in all avenues of this process. We entrusted them with a huge job and they met all expectations! Angel was wonderful with all encounters and helping us to understand and finalize everything for our loved one. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They have helped us with two family members recently, My mom and my aunt. I would definitely suggest Neptune Society for all of your cremation needs. Every staff member was wonderful and helpful! All of the chaos of my father‘s last months of illness and confusion culminated in his death, and I was very grateful that the Neptune Society was there right away to help me deal with the practical elements of his passing. They were kind and thorough. I felt supported and it eased my mind greatly.
How amazing and helpful Cesar and Elizabeth were. Despite being so brokenhearted they made me feel like they felt my pain and held my hand the whole way. Always caring and sensitive about my many needs. I can't believe how professional and yet simple they made this experience for me like they were a part of my family. Neptune was great to work with. They were kind, compassionate, and responsive. They checked in to see how we were doing a couple of times and I appreciated the gesture.
