Our experience with Heirloom, was a positive one during a very difficult time. Brian and Stephanie both worked with us through every step of this process, keeping us updated as things progressed. Guillermo at the cremation site was so kind and accommodating. No one wants to have to need this type of service but it is nice that when you do, you have good people to hold your hand along the way.
