During the coordination meeting, the H&M director identified an overpayment for a change we made in the services to be delivered and quickly prepared and delivered the refund. After the funeral services, I started making notifications to veteran and government entities to learn that H&M had already taken care of all pertinent notices. Compared to a previous VERY poor experience with a company that claimed to specifically handle veteran funerals, this was an EXTREMELY positive night and day experience. You will not be disappointed choosing Horan and McConaty.
