I wish to commend Laurel Oaks Funeral Home staff, Carmen and esp. Shannon Bunch in the help of our family members funeral. In our grief, stress and cognitive state, Shannon was extremely patient, understanding and empathetic to all our concerns and questions. Even the questions we thought may have been "dumb" he assured us, "there is no dumb question." The integrity and genuine concern was encouraging to us and brought a smile and laugh along the way. He made the process such a relief for us and surpassed our expectation in taking care of us. We are thankful and blessed to have had Shannon as our Funeral Director, Carmen and all the staff involved with such dedication and devoted concern.
