Sandra Clark Furneral Home and Staff did an outstanding, above and beyond service for my family. The Staffs professionalism was impeccable. Our mom Darlene Gregory was beautiful as if she was just sleeping. Thanks to the Staff and everyone for such an incredible experience.
STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! Nothing but liars and theives. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My mother in law was cremated at Sandra Clark Funeral Home. When we asked about her jewelry, we were told that we never mentioned that we wanted her jewelry back. They kept her jewelry, but tried saying that it was cremated with her body. If that was the case, there would metal, from the gold and oxidized stones. There was nothing but ashes. LIARS!!! Makes me sad to think how many more families they have lied and stolen from.
When I first walked in tonight and asked for a name, the gentleman at the receptionist desk was quite abrupt with his answer and his tone was not a friendly one. His reply was "We don't got no one by that name here!" I smiled and said sorry. That was the dad of the deceased so I asked for the name of the deceased but we were grateful that the relatives of the deceased were nearby and heard us and directed us to the chapel. Other than that brief encounter, everything else was fine. The place was clean and well kept including the restrooms which were tucked just to the left of the chapel entrance. The entry way was decorated well and looks inviting--looks classy. The chapel was very peaceful. Some of the footrests were broken off while others were coming off, but that doesn't bear too much weight on being there, it just looks a little unprofessional. I liked the sound of the waterfall inside the chapel, there are 2 waterfalls that are situated to the left and right of center. I liked the setup as well as the decor. Simple, yet elegant. Down-to-earth, yet inviting.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Sandra Funeral Service for the care and compassion they showed to my family during such a difficult time. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a challenging experience much easier to bear. From the planning to the service itself, every aspect was handled with respect and dignity. I am truly grateful for their support in honoring my loved one’s memory.
