I brought in my urns for transfer of ashes and within a couple of hours I received a phone call stating they were ready for pick up. Upon arrival, I honestly expected the urns to be in the same box I brought them in, but Sabrina went above and beyond and set up the ceremony room with my urns, had my father's information on the screens, and the most beautiful music playing in the background. I was brought to tears with her thoughtfulness. She gave me the opportunity to FaceTime my siblings who could not be with me and allowed us time to take it all in. She didn't have to do this, but she did it anyway. All four of us stared at the table in the center of the room, blown away, and said our goodbyes. Sabrina did not have to do this at all, but you can feel how much she loves what she does from the moment you meet her. She goes above and beyond to make sure grieving families are comforted knowing their loved ones are in good hands. We are so grateful for all you did for us, Sabrina. If you are in need of mortuary/crematory services, look no further and call Miller-Jones.

Especially given the odd situation of dealing with a legal next of kin situation after learning my Dad passed away withour anyone telling me and learning about it 8 days later when I Googled his name and the Miller Jones obituary popped up. On Monday, August 23rd, my beautiful mother passed away. One month prior, the first mortuary I contacted was not Miller-Jones. I just didn’t get a good feeling when I spoke to their representative even though our conversation was pleasant. So, I decided to call Miller-Jones next. I spoke to Nikki and I immediately felt at ease when speaking to her. Soon after that conversation, I met with her at the Murrieta location to discuss what cremation options were available because my mother’s health was declining rapidly. My father and I (and the rest of my siblings) didn’t want to wait to make such an emotional and important decision. We wanted to be prepared because sadly, but inevitably, we knew my mother didn’t have much time left here. From that meeting until my mother’s passing, every conversation via phone, email, and in person, was met with such professionalism, compassion, kindness, patience, and dignity. The two attendants who picked up her body from her residence on the day of her death were so professional and caring. When we picked up my mother’s ashes, the way that they presented her urn in the chapel was so lovely. My family and I are grateful for the utmost respect and genuine compassion that Miller-Jones showed us during the most painful moment and experience of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for checking in with us regularly to see how we are doing, offer support and share links to resources. I highly recommend you entrust your loved ones to their care when you have to make this life-changing decision.
